 (i) Part-II is to be attempted on the separate Answer Book.

(ii) Attempt ONLY FOUR questions EACH QUESTION carry equal marks.

(iii) All the parts (if any) of each Question must be attempted at one place instead of at different places.

(iv) Candidate must write Q. No. in the Answer Book in accordance with Q. No. in the Q. Paper.

(v) No Page/Space be left blank between the answers. All the blank pages of Answer Book must be crossed.

(vi) Extra attempt of any question or any part of the attempted question will not be considered.

        1.       Radicalism and terrorism are considered as  most dangerous violent crimes in Pakistan and other countries of the world too which not only destroy the social fabric of Pakistani society but also effect relationship among states. Discuss some of the modern policing strategies for prevention and control of these violent crimes in Pakistan.

       2.       What are roles of international policing organizations and how effective these are for controlling organized crimes in world particularly in Pakistan?

       3.       During the current global pandemic situation usage of internet has been increased very fast which result into activation of many cyber crimes. What are cyber laws in Pakistan to deal this issue and how effective these laws are and what do you recommend for the control of these crimes?

        4.       The criminal investigation and interrogation procedure in Pakistan needs to be modernized and update. What procedures are mostly used in Pakistan for this purpose and what are their limitations and how could you suggest for betterment in system of investigation?

        5.       Corruption is as dangerous as terrorism in Pakistan which become the cause of many organized and unorganized crimes in Pakistan. What remedies do you recommend to deal this evil and how effective the role of FIA and NAB to overcome this issues?
