 Syllabus: Relationship of Pakistan with China and USA

Time: 1:20 Hours                  Date: August 28, 2019                                   Marks:            40

Note:

i.)            Part I: MCQs which is compulsory and attempt in 15 Minutes. This part comprise of 10 marks of 10 MCQ.

ii.)            Part II: Attempt all the question of this part. Each question carries equal marks. Total marks of this part is 40

iii.)            All the parts (if any) of each question must be attempted at one place instead of at different places.

iv.)            Candidates must write Q. No. in the Answer Book in accordance with Q. No. in the Q. Paper

v.)            No Page/Space be left blank between the answers. All the blank pages of Answer Book must be crossed.

vi.)            Extra attempt of any question or any part of the attempted question will not be considered.

Note:          Attempt both the questions with logical reasoning and proof.

Q. No. 1:         Pakistan has been used by USA for many times since its inception. But now Pakistan changed its policy toward USA on certain global issues. What are those issues which tilted Pakistan towards pro and away from USA policy? And what are your recommendations for Pakistan for keeping relationships with USA?

Q. No. 2:         “China Pakistan relations are deeper then ocean, sweeter then honey, higher then Himalaya and stronger than steel” comments.

Q. No. 3:         Pakistan US Relationships are affected due to various factors and US interest in regional and global level. How you predict the future prospects of these relationships while keeping in mind geopolitical and geostrategic situations of South Asia?
